I was always a tall skinny guy.

I didn’t have great confidence. I was shy and “timid” and I thought life would just happen for me.

Life “just happens” while you’re a kid. Maybe up until age 21. After that, you’re off the guide rails and you’ve got to make stuff happen for yourself.

Nothing made me realise this like strength training.

This is a powerful, cornerstone habit that will touch upon and transform every area of your life.

I had no idea what I was doing in the gym, at first. I also had no idea of the proper way to eat.

But over the course of years, many mistakes, much trial and error and A LOT of reading and watching YouTube videos, I’ve kind of got this figured out.

Now I share my tips on how to build a body that is the envy of society with thousands of people online, every day.

Which is how you got here.

You can expect the following from me:

I’ll email you about twice a week with the answers to common questions I get, and I’ll provide actionable tips for you to move forward on your fitness journey. This is all completely free.

I’ll also let you know when I’m releasing new paid products that will help you build muscle or lose fat, and I’ll sometimes let you know when I’ve got spaces for online coaching.
